CNC Lathe Machine
The CNC Machine adopts an overall bed design and is equipped with an automated feeding mechanism. It uses a two-jaw hydraulic chuck specifically for small screws. Together with the vibrating disc feeder customized by our factory, one person can operate multiple devices and complete automated processing of batch products.It has the advantages of high efficiency, high degree of automation, saving labor costs, and reducing labor intensity of workers.
Technological Process
1)Put the parts in vibrating disk.2)Feeding the parts to Receiving die.
3)Feeding the parts to center of the chuck using Receiving die.
4)The rear feeding cylinder pushes the product to the three-claw reclaiming cylinder.
5)Lower the upper and lower cylinders into place and align the workpiece with the center of the spindle.
6)The front feeding cylinder feeds forward.
7)Chuck clamping.
8)The cylinders return to their original positions in sequence.
9)The lathe starts processing the product.
10)After product processing is completed, the lathe tool stops at the designated position.
11)The chuck is released and the workpiece is ejected to the material receiving device.
12)Repeat the steps 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11.
