Function Introduction

This is a specialized unit designed for intelligent control of mushroom cultivation in edible mushroom rooms. It has seven control systems, including refrigeration control, heating control, humidification control, dehumidification control, frequency conversion control, CO₂ control, and lighting control. The unit's fresh air inlet adopts a medium efficiency filter, and the return air outlet adopts a primary filter, effectively avoiding illegal pollution from external air. It uses international brand Copeland compressor , fully enclosed vortex compressors, electronic control equipment, and low-noise centrifugal fans to ensure ultra high energy efficiency operation of the unit, taking into account the advantages of low vibration, low noise, low energy consumption, and high durability operation. The unit is directly connected to the mushroom room air duct to regulate the room temperature of the mushroom room, and is widely used in the control of various mushroom cultivation.

This machine is a R410A  system unit,it don't need water system.Main parts of this machine is compressor,condenser, Evaporator, Expansion valve and Fan.We will make 1 , 2 or 3 bag type plastic air ducts for each grow room. Numbers of air duct will based on the size of grow rooms and shelves.

Machine have fresh air damper and return air damper,use Belimo actuators to auto conrol fresh air and return air damper open percentage as CO₂ level requirement.
