Product Description
This machine is for Smart Card (IC card, SIM card, GSM card, banking card, etc) cavity milling. It is available for ACF DI card cavity milling. Milling station could equipped with the function of ATS (antenna touch system) for DI card cavity milling. Feature:
* Two card input modules adopts vacuum system and card sensing system is capable to detect double card and missing card.
* Machine adopts mechanical positioning system, which positioning accuracy is higher than traditional cylinder system.
* High speed spindle motor adopts water-cooling system.
* Machine X Y Z motion control by servo motor. X-Y axis accuracy: ±0.015mm, Z axis accuracy: ± 0.015mm, flatness accuracy: ±0.005mm.
* Z axis depth is adjusted by the servo close loop control.
* Dusts and shaving will be vacuumed by a vacuum chamber.
* All the components adopt international well-known brands which ensure machine in high quality.
* The whole machine is controlled by a PC.

Double card detection × 1: to detect accidently feed double card.

Cleaning station × 2: to clean milling dust in cavity.
Depth detection unit × 2: to detect cavity depth.
Card loading magazine × 2: each with the capacity of 500 ISO card.
Reject box × 1: to collect rejected card.
Chiller × 1: to provide cool water for machine.
Vacuum × 1: to suck milling dust.
Optional function:
Thickness detection × 2: to check card's thickness.
Sampling × 2: to take a card after milling as sample.
Milling with antenna touch system (ATS) for dual interface card.
Milling through detection × 2: to detect if the cavity is been milled through or not.
