 1.Raw material processing stage
The main equipment at this stage includes meat grinders, meat cutters, filling mixers, and chopper mixers.
The meat grinder cuts and grinds large pieces of meat raw materials into small particles to prepare for subsequent processing.
The chopper can chop meat and auxiliary materials into minced meat or meat filling, and stir them thoroughly and evenly.

The stuffer machine is the core equipment in this stage. It fills the mixed meat filling into the casing, forming the shape of a sausage.  5. packaging stage
The packaging machine packages the processed sausages to extend their shelf life and facilitate storage, transportation, and sales.
