Product Description
Dibutyl phthalate (DBP) is produced from which are products used in the production of 2-ethylhexanol. It is a colorless oily liquid with a slight aromatic odor, soluble in various organic solvents but insoluble in water.
Commonly used as a plasticizer in polyvinyl chloride (PVC) to increase flexibility and flexibility.
Further used for printing inks, adhesives, sealants, coatings, film coatings, and fiberglass, automotive interiors, vinyl fabrics, and solid rocket propellants.
It is also used as a solvent and plasticizer in nail products, and has been used as a fragrance ingredient in many cosmetics.
