Weather resistance, fatigue resistance and temperature resistance, excellent processing performance, no need for vulcanization, can be recycled to reduce costs, can be used for secondary injection molding, and can be used with PP plastic raw materials, PE plastic raw materials, PC engineering plastics, PS plastics, ABS plastic raw materials It can be coated and bonded with other base materials, or can be molded separately.

About drying
At high temperatures, the moisture content of TPR is required to be below 5%, or even 2% to 3%, so vacuum drying ovens are commonly used for drying at 75°C to 90°C for 2 hours.
About processing temperature
Generally, the temperature setting range of TPR products in each area is: the barrel is 160 degrees Celsius to 210 degrees Celsius, and the nozzle is 180 degrees Celsius to 230 degrees Celsius.
