Geocell Production process
1. Mixing of raw materials,First of all, HDPE raw materials and color masterbatch, as well as other functional raw materials are mixed in a mixer in a certain proportion, and the mixed raw materials are put into the storage box.
2. Add raw materials in the bin, under the action of screw conveying, through the extruder external heating and internal friction heat, plastic melt through the mold is processed into parallel sheet extrudates, sheet in the three-roller calendar is cooled and shaped, the general thickness in 1.5-2.2mm.
3, The width of sheet cutting and traction cooling shaping sheet is 600mm, the height of the geotechnical format is generally between 50-200mm, the blade cutting method is adopted, the sheet is cut to the required width, and under the action of the tractor, transported to the next station.
4, The role of the sheet punching press is to cut the corresponding hole on the cut sheet, in order to get a good adhesion of the format of products.
5, The length of the sheet before cutting, in order to ensure the traction power of the sheet, maintain uniform speed, transported to the cutting device for transverse cutting.
6. The worker shall put the sheet into the designated welding position and touch the welding switch for welding operation. Each welding sheet quantity is set in advance, after welding, the workers will be welded sheet pull out, and check the welding quality, both ends should be trimmed cutting.
