HN-541 is a silicone modified styrene acrylic polymer emulsion used in soil stabilization for light/middle loading road construction.

The normal application is
a) scarify the soils first
b)Remove large stones
c)spray acrylic polymer
d)mix it with soil
e)compact
f)apply final coat.
The max. single load that the stabilized road will be subjected to must also be established.
Subject to the initial report being satisfactory, the following layer depths would be recommended.
150mm depth for loads up to 40 ton load
200mm depth for loads up to 80 tons load
250mm depth for loads up to 80 tons load.

Storage and transportation:
1.This chemical should be stored in a ventilated and dry room, avoiding direct sunlight.
2.Transport and store in the 5oC-35oC environment.
3.Shelf life is 6 months from the date of first use.

The water-based polymer emulsion is non-toxic and non-flammable. If it splashes into the eyes, it should be washed with plenty of water immediately.
