YISHANG can professionally customize the battery energy storage cabinet of household energy management system for you.

The Home Backup Power battery cabinet is an ideal backup power source for home applications. It creates 120/240vac for powering standard household needs during  utility outages. Normal AC power is passed through, switching to backup power automatically upon loss of utility power. Internal  lithium batteries are charged from either AC power or solar power(not included).

Battery Cabinet/Enclosure Materials for shutters:

1. Stainless steel plate # 201 304 316 1.0 mm-1.5 0mm
2. Surface treatment: mirror, wire drawing or powder spraying or painting.
3. Fixing method: tighten, install and fix with cross screws.
4. Purpose: The battery cabinet/enclosure is used for ventilation, heat dissipation and rain prevention.

Back wall mounted bracket:

The back is equipped with a metal bracket with reinforced ribs in the shape of a cross for wall mounting.

We have specially designed waterproof black plastic sealing gaskets for the door panels to ensure that the products are waterproof and dustproof.

Surface Treatment Effect Of Battery Enclosure :

1. Color category: grass green, orange, white, dark gray and black.
2. Selection of surface effect: matte, matte, semi gloss, high gloss, wrinkle, heat transfer wood grain effect.
3. Type of surface treatment: powder spraying, painting, electroplating, etc.
4. Receive customized colors; More colors can be selected from the international Pantone color card and RAL color card.

A: We accept 50% as payment deposit when the goods are done, we take photos for your check and you then pay the balance.

A: We will deliver goods through international freight forwarders such as DHL UPS or federal.

Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?
A: We are direct factory with experienced engineers and employees as well as approximate 4,000 square meters workshop area.

Q7: What shall we do if we do not have drawings?
A: Please send your sample to our factory, then we can copy or provide you better solutions.
Please send us pictures or draftswith dimensions (Length, Height, Width), CAD or 3D file will be made for you if placed order.

Q8: Can we get some samples before mass production?
A: Absolutely.

Q9: Will my drawings be safe after sending to you?
A: Yes, we will keep them well and not release to the third party without your permission.

A: We will offer a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports with pictures or videos which show the machining progress.
