WARRANTY

YANGDE guarantees the purchaser for the period of two (2) years that YANGDE's new solar street lighting systems will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. YANGDE will, at its option, repair or replace any YANGDE's system that is defective for a minimum of two (2) years after the date of purchase.

INSTALLATION

YANGDE offers detailed instructions and videos for installation of solar street lighting. Besides, YANGDE can provide onsite installation training and technical assistance free of charge in initial period for large projects more than 100 poles because we has developed her experienced technical team.

YANGDE provides 0.5% to 1% of spare parts for free based on the transaction amount.

MAINTENANCE

YANGDE's solar street lights are designed to be essentially maintenance free. In certain regions with heavy dust, snow, or extreme dry weather with little rain, however, some level of maintenance is required to ensure the proper function of the lights.

Typical maintenance schedule:
1:Every Week: Inspect solar street lighting to ensure all the lights are working. If there are lights which are not lit, perform analysis to understand cause and conduct repairs.
2:Every Two Months: Inspect solar street lighting panels and clean ones which are covered with dust or sand. The best way to clean the panels is with a brush at the end of a long pole. Cares should be taken to avoid damaging the solar panels.
3:Every Five to Seven Years: Replace the solar street light batteries if the voltages drop below normal levels. The battery has an expected life of five-seven years.
