Screw pile is a new type of pile foundation. Its essence is galvanized steel pipe pile with screw blade welded. The spiral blade can well increase the resistance of soil to it and enhance the pulling force of the spiral pile. The zinc coating can enhance the corrosion resistance of the screw pile, so that it can also stay in the soil for 75 years.
Compared with traditional pile foundation, screw pile has the advantages of convenient installation, low construction cost and fast construction speed. Concrete cast-in-place pile needs to wait for concrete hardening, which is a long process. But screw pile is not used, after screwing in can bear the load immediately, reduce the waiting time, greatly shorten the construction period. And screw pile installation is convenient, only need a excavator and a driving head.

The screw steel pile is all produced in the factory to avoid the uneven quality of foundation technology caused by the different technical level of the construction personnel in the reinforced concrete pile construction.
