Structural breakstem fasteners with exceptional shear and tensile strength and a large blind side bearing area against the rear sheet. Stainless Steel Hem Lock Rivets are a high strength, high clamp, structural breakstem rivet. It is available in steel or aluminum construction and the steel version provides the highest shear strength of all blind rivets. The Hemlock rivets rely on a combination of excellent bulbing tail formation on the application blind side and radial expansion into the application hole to create an extremely strong joint.
