The machine is mainly to used to vulcanize and mould the solid core tires.
It is controlled by PLC controller, with frame structures, equpped with mould let out and in device, the tire mould can be opened by hydraulic cylinder, the finished tire is push out of mould by center cylinder, the device can up and down autoly according the working layer.
