Product Name: Solid polycarboxylate superplasticizer(PCE)
It is a blocky solid polycarboxylate superplasticizer for use in concrete. Various polycarboxylate solutions with different solid content can be prepared after being dissolved in water.
It is a polycarboxylate superplasticizer for cement, mortar and concrete products no matter the products are made from Portland Cement (or other siliceous cement such as slag cement, fly ash cement, etc. or high alumina cement.
It is widely used in various grouts, self-leveling screeds, floor screeds, high performance concrete, ultra-high-performance concrete, pumpable concrete, etc.
This product is packaged in woven bags, eliminating the need for liquid polycarboxylate packaging costs, such as IBC ton drums. This product greatly reduces transportation costs.
The cost of this product is close to that of local synthesis. This product is especially suitable for remote areas, the Belt and Road, and export trade.

Instructions for Use
- This product is packaged in block form within woven bags. When using, cut the woven bag open with a blade, and remove the block. The block size is approximately 400x500x200mm. The block can be easily broken into smaller pieces using a shovel and then dissolved in water in a container.
- Based on the required solid content to be dissolved, first add tap water to the container. Then measure the appropriate amount of the product and place it into the water for soaking. Once the solid softens, use a mixer to stir and dissolve the product until fully dissolved. After complete dissolution, it can be used as polycarboxylate mother liquor for further formulation.
- Dissolving in hot water will speed up the process.
- According to the concrete design requirements, adjust the water amount and sand ratio after testing to achieve the correct dosage of water-reducing agent that satisfies the slump, strength, and setting time requirements.
- This product is suitable for high-performance concrete, high-strength concrete, and highly flowable concrete. When used for concrete of grade C50 and above, raw materials should be selected according to relevant technical specifications, and an appropriate mixing process should be determined. Sufficient experimental data should be collected to ensure that the workability of the produced concrete meets construction requirements and that the concrete strength has an adequate safety margin.
