Equipped with advanced and perfect three-power integrated automation control system. The furnace adopts roller table furnace and through type. The fuel is natural gas. The furnace top of the preheating section is flat and adopts high purity refractory fiber block. The top of the heating section is cast with refractory castable. The furnace wall adopts composite insulation brick structure and refractory brick masonry. The sub-high-speed short flame burner is installed on both sides of the furnace wall of the heating section and the holding section, which is installed horizontally and staggered under the left and right side walls.
