What are the advantages of our microwave thawing equipment?
- Our microwave source components use solid-state microwave sources, namely new semiconductor transistors, which have a service life several times longer than conventional vacuum electron tubes (magnetrons).
- Unlike centralized distributed equipment using vacuum tubes, equipment that encounters problems cannot be used. Our microwave thawing equipment uses more than ten or even dozens of solid-state microwave modules distributed at multiple points. If one module is damaged, it does not affect the overall use of the equipment, and the maintenance cost of a single solid-state microwave module is low.
- And due to the different design principles of our thawing equipment, the footprint is smaller than that of vacuum electron tube microwave thawing equipment, greatly reducing the cost of site use.
