A: We have a dedicated team of Quality personnel, ensuring the product specification is correct and fit for purpose and manufacture, our QA team who carry out in house inspections to ensure the product, is as per your requirements.
Q:What is your terms of payment?
A: Normally we prefer a deposit and balance in sight of B/L, other ways are negotiable.
Q: Can we request a heart shape spoon set sample for reference?
A: We are glad to send heart shape spoon set samples for your review. Standard samples can be free, but you may need to pay the courier fees.
Q: Can you print our brand on the product?
A: Yes, we can.
Q: What is the lead time?
A: Repeat orders are standard 45 days, new products are 60 days.
