A: For readily available stock, there is No MOQ. However, due to the high shipping costs overseas, we recommend a minimum order of 500 square meters to start. For custom orders, the quantity depends on the specific colors, patterns, and yarn materials (PP, Nylon6, Nylon66, etc.) requested.
2.Q: Can you produce the product according to the design of the sample supplied by customers?

A: Yes, certainly. Free samples of our regular products are available, although the delivery cost must be borne by the requester. For custom carpet samples, there will be a sampling cost in addition to shipping (see detailed requirements for custom requests on No.14-14 before quotation).

A: Absolutely. Please provide detailed requirements for your customized logo to facilitate the process.
6. What are your payment terms?
A: Payments can be made through L/C, Paypal, T/T, among others. Please contact us for any other specific payment terms.
7.Q: What is your delivery time?
A: For stock items, delivery is typically 3-4 days after receiving a 30% deposit payment. For custom orders, delivery takes 15-30 days after payment, depending on the quantity.
8. How do I know if you will deliver the goods after we pay you the deposit?
A: We offer trade assurance; you can place your order confidently.
9.Q: Which port will you ship the goods from?
A: We provide EXW, CFR, FOB, CIF pricing. Delivery options include air, vessel, or express. Unless specified otherwise, our default shipping port is Jinzhou Port.
