Product Description
SiMR-4034 is a solvent based mold release agent based on a mixture of silicone resin and special polysiloxanes. It is suitable for wide mold-release application including PU-RIM process, polyurethane elastomer castings (e.g automotive, shoe Industry) polyamide, phenolic, polyester, epoxy resin and rubber molding processes.

How to Use
SiMR-4034 is suitable for molding operations with a mold temperature of 35 to 75°C.
Dry and clean the mold before use. Dry temperature is recommended to be higher than 40ºC.
Dilute SiMR-4034 with solvent. Brush, spray the dilution on surface of mold. The frequency of use is based on the complexity of the mold and the molding material.
Recommended dilution rate with dilutes:3-5 times (epoxy potting products) and 15-30 times (PU self-skinning and microporous elastomers)
