Model 1620 fully silicon resistive sensor for invasive blood pressure monitoring. The visiting sensor is designed for use with an automated mount device and can be built directly into the customer's replaceable sphygmomanometer housing. The sensor is based on AAMI BP22 design.
The pressure sensor consists of a detection element encapsulated in a ceramic base. Thick film resistors on ceramic bases are laser etched and can be used for temperature compensation and calibration. Plastic nozzle attached to ceramic base for easy connection to customer devices and protection of sensing elements. The insulation adhesive on the sensor has the insulating function of transferring pressure and fluid.
