1. Where will these rings be used?
Generally, moving rings and fixed rings are used as components and parts of our main product-screw type sludge dewatering equipment. This equipment is used to separate the liquid form sludge by special filter cycliner, which combined with fixed rings, moving rings and a screw shaft.
2. Why these rings need to be replaced?
When the whole filter cylinder that composed of fixed rings, moving rings and a screw shaft is working, the moving rings will be pushed ups and downs by screw blade. During this process, the friction between the parts will cause certain wear and tear on the rings.
As time goes on, the wear and tear will get worse, which will greatly affect the treatment effect of dewatering.
