This machine is mainly used for forming and pressing cork round blanks.
This machine consists of five parts: body, main oil cylinder, horizontal cylinder, hydraulic device, and electrical system.
The fuselage consists of a closed frame consisting of upper beams, columns, and bases, all of which are welded steel plate structures. Place the main oil cylinder in the upper beam.
The master cylinder has two identical cylinder bodies that are fastened to the top plate of the fuselage by supporting shoulders and large nuts. The piston head divides the cylinder into upper and lower chambers. High quality sealing components are used to ensure the sealing of the upper and lower chambers. The cylinder guide sleeve is also equipped with a dust ring to prevent dust from entering the oil cylinder.
The horizontal cylinder is mainly used to drive the worktable to move forward and backward, and its operating pressure should not exceed 16MPa, controlled by a pressure reducing valve.
The hydraulic device is mainly composed of four parts: oil pump motor group, valve block, main oil tank, and auxiliary oil tank, and is also equipped with auxiliary components such as oil pipes and pipe joints.
The oil pump motor assembly consists of an axial piston pump and a motor.
