Working PrincipleThe main drying chamber of coconut hot air boiling dryer is a cylindrical multi chamber structure. After the materials enter the boiling drying chamber, under the action of circulating hot air, the materials flow successively in the drying chamber in a suspended fluidized state. Each drying rate is equipped with a mixing device, which can avoid the blockage of materials in the drying chamber and promote the flow of materials between the drying chambers, After leaving the cylindrical multi chamber dryer, the materials enter the vibrating fluidized bed for secondary drying to further ensure the dryness of the materials. After leaving the vibrating fluidized bed, the materials enter the linear vibrating screen to screen out the larger particles in the products.
Features
Continuous feeding, omni-directional drying and controllable temperature, the drying degree of coconut is uniform, the color of dried coconut is not yellow, the water content of dried coconut is 2% - 3%, no waste of materials, safety and health, and the whole machine can be cleaned and maintained after drying.
