Mining Intrinsically Safe Speed Sensor for Belt Conveyor
1.Overview
GS4(A) Speed sensor is suitable for coal level protection signal detection of mine belt conveyor protection device, which is suitable for coal mine underground environment containing explosive gas (CH4), open-pit coal mine, coal preparation plant and other workplaces.
2. Functional features
2.1. The product has the advantages of simple wiring, less explosion loss points and easy maintenance;
2.2. High sensitivity of speed sensor;
2.3. The product has good sealing, moisture proof, simple and reliable operation and small maintenance.
3.Technical parameters
3.1. Working voltage: 12V, working current: ≤ 15mA;
3.2. Measurement range: (0 ~ 4) m / s. ;
3.3. Basic and linear error: ± 2.0%;
3.4. Output mode: pulse output. The sensor continuously sends (0-400) Hz pulse square wave signal to the host, the high level is not less than 10V, the low level is not more than 1V;
4.Work environment
Normal working conditions:
The ambient temperature ranges from 0 ºC to 40 ºC;
The altitude shall not exceed 2000m (air pressure 80kpa-110kpa);
The relative humidity of ambient air is less than 98% (25 ºC);
In mines containing methane explosive gas;
Where there is no significant shaking and impact vibration;
In the environment without gas or steam damaging the insulation;
It's a place that can prevent dripping water.
Worst storage and transportation conditions:
High temperature: 60 ºC;
Low temperature: - 40 ºC;
Average relative humidity: 95% (25 ºC).
