Production Process:
Recycled PET flakes -- Cleaning -- Drying --Extruder -- Two stage CPF -- Spinning -- Winding -- POY/ FDY.
Features:
1. Different drying systems for different bulk density, shape and particle liquidity, featuring low production cost and energy-saving, etc.
2. Exclusive screw and barrel for bottle flakes spinning ensure melt evenly flow and efficent plastination.
3. Two-stage CPF has booster pump for big impurities and high pressure-drop after first stage, extending application cycle of CPF and spin pack.
