
Slide-driving spiral freezer is innovated and designed by our company, it is a new freezing equipment with three national patents. Comparing to the traditional single spiral IQF, slide-driving spiral freezer don't have cage and tensioning device, completely solve the problem of Derailment, extended belt lifetime, lower installed power, while achieving single spiral IQF low inlet and low outlet, and it can be made into a variety of rotating track geometry as needed. The device is widely used in aquatic products, meat category, fruits and vegetables, prepared foods category, and pre-cooling, freezing, baking process.
Conveyor belt
Using multi-gear-driven approach, belt fastener through the slider bar to the rail and run above polymer with a small friction coefficient polymer materials, with its own lubrication, not easy to produce dirt. On the one hand, omitting the middle cage, eliminating the static friction transmission components cause severe wear and tumble belt; on the other hand, the special structure of the net belt engaging with slider, so that never happen.
