HUAYE provides a limited 12-month long warranty for the equipment. Within the warranty period, HUAYE provides machine parts replacement and troubleshooting free of work charge if the machine fails under normal use (buyer is responsible for possible international transportation and accommodation of HUAYE's engineers). If the machine fails because of: accident, negligence, or other factors not due to defects in material and workmanship, HUAYE provides parts alteration and troubleshooting for a basic charge. Outside the warranty period, HUAYE provides the same service lifelong for a basic charge.
