General Information
The spring mechanism complies with the technical requirements of GB1984-2003 high-voltage AC circuit breakers. Can be adapted to 12T-/630T-20 and other series products. The mechanism has a reclosing function and is small in size. Rated voltage: DC220V, 110V, 48V, 24V, mechanism output angle: about 88°, mechanical life: 10,000 times.
Operating Instructions
- Energy storage operation:
Confirm and check whether the product has been deformed during transportation. Install and fix the mechanism on the switch. Use a special operating handle to insert into the lower right part of the mechanism. Rotate it clockwise (or energize the motor electrically) until a "click" sound is heard to complete the energy storage action.
- Closing operation:
Press the green button, and the main circuit of the circuit breaker switch is closed under the action of the spring force of the mechanism. Or during electric operation, the closing coil is energized to complete the closing operation, and the opening spring is charged with energy at the same time. At this time, the energy can be stored again but the closing operation cannot be performed (with interlocking).
- Opening operation:
Press the red button, and the main circuit of the circuit breaker switch opens under the action of the spring force of the mechanism. Or during electric operation, the energizing mechanism for the opening coil is used to complete the analysis operation.
