Deleno's SPU903 Two-Component Polyurethane Waterproof Coating is a reactive polymer waterproof coating composed of Components A and B, in which Component A is polyurethane prepolymer and Component B is a curing agent. To use the product, mix the two components according to a certain proportion, stir evenly, and apply it on the substrate. After reaction, it will consolidate to form a continuous, flexible, jointless rubber waterproof layer.
Product Features:
- Good application performance: After the two components are mixed according a certain ratio, the product can be applied; thick coating can be made, reaching 2mm after 2-3 courses. The coating film is dense and solid, free of pinholes and bubbles.
- Excellent water and corrosion resistance: Chemical reaction-based film formation, and resistant to water erosion, corrosion and mildew, especially suitable for the waterproofness of long immersed parts.
- Good bonding performance and strong adhesion: Can be bonded with different substrates, and directly applied on any substrate that meets the requirements, with a bonding strength of over 1.0MPa.
- Excellent physical and mechanical properties: Composed of pure polyurethane, good rubber elasticity and resilience, high tensile strength, strong resistance to substrate deformation (shrinkage and cracking).
- Environmental performance: Adopt high boiling point solvent, and free of benzene, toluene, xylene and other toxic solvents, no coal tar components.

Storage:
- Store it in a clean, dry and sealed iron bucket.
- During transportation and storage, avoid exposure to sunlight and rain, keep away from fire, prevent collision, and pay attention to ventilation.The best storage temperature is 5-25 ºC, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 40 ºC.
- Under normal transportation and storage conditions, the product lasts for 12 months.
