SPY3 Mobile induction heaters are designed with 3 to 5 meter long connecting cable, power ranges from 3 to 40KW, and output frequency 150KHZ around. SPY 3 machines can be used for copper connector brazing, copper tube brazing, surface heating and heating for coat removing , etc.
Working theory and acteristics
SPY3 machines adopt parallel oscillating circuit, inverting high frequency power is output through transformer to the heating head (oscillating cap), and then output to coil for heating.
Due to the parallel oscillating structure, there is only capacitor inside heating head which leads to small, light and high reliability of the heating head. Furthermore, large heating current is oscillated directly between capacitor and induction coil to make the heating efficiency much more high.
Now, In most of the mobile heating machines in market, series oscillating structure is used and heating head is a water-cooled transformer, same as our SPY series machine. This type of machine is featured by low heating efficiency and easy damage of the heating head. In application, SPY3 machines can totally take place of them and give superior operation, high reliability and less damage.
Compared with oxy-acetylene flame heating, SPY3 machines have a lot of advantages as below:

(2) Easy operation, no need for professionals and special training.

In SPY3 machines, our latest third generation inverting and adjust technologies are adopted to realize soft switching of the IGBT components and independent adjusting of the power and frequency, so as to reach a marvelous heating feature of the machine.
