Product Feature:
1.The lathe uses a 11kw servo motor for linear driving, which can achieve fully variable speed change and is suitable for processing large pieces of aluminum, copper and other non-ferrous metals.
2.Using an independent spindle unit, the diameter of the spindle through hole is 82mm, ensuring that the spindle has good movement accuracy, rigidity and stability.
3.The enlarged carriage and integral pressure plate make the carriage more rigid and the cutting more stable and powerful. The carriage has undergone secondary aging treatment and has small thermal deformation.
4.Fanus, Syntec, Beijing KND,Wuhan HNC,GSK controller as optional.
5.The overall structure of the lathe foot is designed and manufactured in an integrated manner, using resin sand casting. After aging treatment, the deformation is small and it has great stability and rigidity.
6.Using double triangular guide rails, the stability and rigidity are better. After ultrasonic quenching, precision grinding is performed, and the accuracy and accuracy retention are better.
