1).High rigidity
Fixed-beam gantry structure, the bed and beams are made of mineral casting materials; the carriage and workbench are made of high-strength cast iron materials. The whole machine adopts finite element optimization design to improve the stiffness and stability of large parts and the whole machine, which can effectively suppress the deformation and vibration of the machine tool caused by cutting.
2).High speed and high precision
The X, Y, and Z axes are equipped with high-thrust linear motor drives and grating ruler feedback technology to achieve full closed-loop control; the three-axis guide rails use roller linear guides to achieve rapid movement and high machine tool positioning accuracy.
It adopts high-speed electric spindle configuration, the maximum speed can reach 30000rpm, HSK-E40, and has high cutting rigidity.
3).Application fields
It can be used for processing various 2D and 3D concave and convex models with complex shapes and complex cavities and surfaces.
It is suitable for milling, drilling, enlarging, grinding and other processing processes of 3C products, ceramics and other material products.
