Working method of BSU masala grinding machine:
The main shaft is provided with a movable groove plate, and the groove plate is provided with three movable ring gears. Install a fixed slotted disc on the door, which is equipped with two fixed ring gears with steel teeth. The movable gear on the movable groove plate intersects the fixed ring gear. When the main shaft rotates at high speed, the movable groove plate rotates at the same time, throwing the material into the gap of the hammer. Therefore, the crushing effect is achieved through the combined effects of mutual impact, cutting and abrasion between the material and the gear or between the material itself. After the finished product is sieved by a sieving machine, it is discharged from the crushing chamber to a collection bag, and the coarse particles continue to be crushed.Main features:
