2. Q: Can I obtain some samples?
A: Yes, we believe that sample orders are an excellent way to initiate cooperation. All our samples are free of charge; however, we only ship weights under 1 kg. For existing customers, we offer free samples and cover the express charges.

5. Q: What is the delivery time?
A: Generally, if the goods are in stock, we can deliver them within 2-5 days. For quantities ranging from 1-2 containers, the delivery period is approximately 18-25 days. If the order exceeds two containers and requires expedited production, we can prioritize your order at the factory.

A: Our standard payment terms are 30% T/T as a deposit and the remaining 70% before shipping. We also accept L/C and D/P. For more detailed information, we can discuss via email.

A: Our standard packaging is 20-25 kg per carton, with 36 or 48 cartons per pallet. Each pallet weighs approximately 900-960 kg. We can also print customer logos on the cartons or customize packaging according to specific requirements.
