Lap joint flanges and plate flanges etc., with specification from 1/2"(DN15)
To 80"(DN2000). We can supply above mentioned standard flanges of DIN,
ANSI, BS, JIS, UNI, NS and AS, GB, HB, JB etc. We can also manufacture special application flanges and forging parts that customers require.
MATERIAL
CARBON STEEL: ASTM A105, A350-LF1, LF2, LF3, C22.8, C21, RST37-2, SS400, SF450A, 20Mn, Q235, 20# etc.
ALLOY STEEL: ASTM A182 F9 F11 F22 etc.
STAINLELL STEEL: ASTM A182 F321, F304, F304L, F316, F316L, F316Ti; DIN17440 1.4541, 1.4571, 1.4301, 1.4401, 1.4406; SUS304, SUS304L, SUS316, SUS316L etc.

A: We will offer a detailed products schedule and send weekly reports with digital pictures and videos which show the machining progress.
Q6: What is the production cycle?
A: It varies a lot depending on product dimension,technical requirements and quantity. We always try to meet customers' requirement by adjusting workshop schedule.
Q7: What is your payment?
A: Normally, by T/T 30% down payment, 70% balance before shipment. 100% L/C at sight is also accepted by us. Besides, we have Kun Lun bank to receive Iranian payment.
