The cut to length machine is also called cross-cutting line, cut-to-length line or cut-to-length production line. Mainly used for cutting tinplate coils, galvanized coils, silicon steel plates, cold rolled coils, stainless steel coils, aluminum coils and stacking and packaging according to the required product length. The cut to length machine is the pre-process of coil sheets used in transformers, home appliances, automobiles, building materials, packaging and other industries.

Process:
Coil Loading → Uncoiling → Pinch-Feed Leveling → Centering → Cutting Edge → Waste Edge Winding → Accumulator → Alignment → Length Measuring → Cross-Cutting → Transporting → Fine Leveling Machine → Packaging
