Stainless Steel Copper Extruder Oil Air Filter Wire Mesh Pack Screen Disc
Filter wire mesh disc can be made of various materials like stainless steel wire cloth, brass wire cloth, nickel cloth and black wire cloth. The screen discs are mainly used for extremely thin and fine extrusion process in industrial production. It can be made of various types and sizes. Single layer discs and spot weld multi layer packs are available.
Specification for filter disc:
- Material: stainless steel ansi304, ansi316, mild steel, stainless steel, brass, galvanized, aluminum alloy.
- Weave types: plain weave, twilled weave, dutch weave.
- Layer: single layer or multi-layer.
- Shape: round, square, oval, kidney shape, and other special shapes.
- Disc Diameter: 20mm - 600mm.
- Multilayer discs by either spot welded or bound.
