We can produce Bridge Slot screen with any kind of steel or stainless steel pipes in sizes starting from 6 5/8'' with the required slot size. Bridge Slotted Screen is the only screen in the market which has complete round shape screen with no ovality as we are fabricating the bridge on ready made pipe.Bridge slot screen pipe outside diameter is, 6 5/8", 7", 8", 9 5/8", 10 3/4", 12" , Pipe wall thickness is between 3.5 mm to 7 mm.
Opening area is up to 12%
It can be made from Longitudinal welded pipe or spiral welded pipe.
We can made the bridge slotted screens from seamless pipe.
It can be made from black steel, galvanized steel or stainless steel.
We fabricate the bridges after the galvanization process has finished for the pipe which will guarantee to maintain the opening area at the maximum calculated value
