Platecoil® laser welding heat transfer plates (also called Pillow Plate, Dimple Plate, Thermo Plate, Cavity Plate, Evaporation plate or PlateCoil Heat Exchanger), consist of two stainless steel sheets laser welded together with a custom circle pattern.
Platecoil® laser welding heat transfer plate's surface is a panel-type heat exchanger that can be made in endless range of shapes and sizes, its laser-welded and inflated channels can induce fluid turbulence to attain high heat transfer coefficients and performance. It is ideally suited to different applications of high pressure and extreme temperature.
