1.Product Description
Wuxi Tianyue manufactures (electric, steam, conduction oil heating) stainless steel/carbon steel reaction kettle composed of kettle lid, cylinder body, jacket, stirring machine, shaft-end conveying system and supporting bearings. Kettle body and ports that contact medium are all made of OCr18Ni9 or 1Cr18Ni9Ti acid-resistant stainless steel plates.
The stirring methods of the kettle include traditional paddle stirring, turbo stirring, push stirring, anchor stirring, frame stirring, helical stirring and SAW disk stirring, etc.
The seal of the reactor can be divided into:packing seal, mechanical seal and magnetic seal
According to the manufacturing structure of the reactor can be divided into: flat lid open reactor, open big flange reactor and closed reactor.
