Stainless steel Green Pea and bean Shelling or sheller peeler Machine
Application:
This green bean sheller apply flexible clamping and differential break principle to shelling the green beans. The interval between the rollers is adjustable from 0.7--1.2 mm, it get used to different variety of beans. The voltage is 220V, easy to fulfill. The working efficiency is equivalent to 60 times labour. The compact structure make it stable working and high working efficiency.
Characteristics: This product is used to peel green edamame, pod without washing, peeling out of bean kernels in good condition, high rate of bean kernel shell, no harm to bean kernel, and stripped out by hand. The operation is simple, a person can finish.
Product structure:
The product compact structure, smooth operation, main frame adopts thickening galvanized steel, ensure the hardness of the frame. Screen and funnel is made of high quality stainless steel, motor use normal manufacturer production of pure copper core, to ensure that users can use.
Shell principle:
1. Combine edamame feeder
2. With automatic feeder edamame orderly feed forward
3. On arrival at the feeder tail into the shell
4. Under the high-speed rotation of main shaft, edamame skin and edamame meters are divided by a moment
5. To achieve the effect of edamame meat and shell separation.
