Stainless Steel Heater Drying and Firing Furnace
Hengli can provide custom furnace according to customer's requirement.
Operating Temperature: RT-800ºC.
1. Max. Temperature:900ºC.
2. Belt Width: 508mm.
3. Belt Material: importedφ2.2 Cr20Ni80 V type mesh.
4. Effective Loading Height: 50mm.
5. Chamber Structure: use 2mm thick 304 muffle tube at drying zone, use 6mm thick 310S muffle tube at firing zone.
6. Drive System: big wrap angle friction drive.
7. Speed Range: 50~350mm/min, Stepless speed regulation with frequency converter, digit display.
8. Heating Elements: use infrared heating tube at drying zone, up heating mode; use FEC ceramic heating boards at firing zone, up and down heating mode.
9. Atmosphere: Air.
10.Atmosphere System: 13 air pipes
