5) Main part: Big gear is made of cast iron QT600-3, and heat treated. The hardness is
HB280-320.
The slider is made of alloy wear resistant cast iron, and heat treated, its abrasion resistance
is good. The gear is made of 40Cr, and heat treated. The hardness is
HRC52-55.
The shaft is made of 45# or 40Cr steel and heat treated. The wire feeding wheel, straightening
wheel are made of high quality alloy steel and vacuum heat treated.
The hardness can reach HRC58-62 with high strength.
The wear resistance is good. Long service life.
