Stainless Steel High-Efficiency PS Screen Crusher for Advanced Waste Processing/Sewage Treatment

PS Grille crusher is a new sewage treatment equipment developed for the treatment of solid substances mixed in sewer. The machine can intercept and send the solid materials such as cloth pieces, wood pieces and empty bottles mixed in the sewer to the crusher for crushing by the grille, and the water flows through the grille, so as to prevent the sewer water treatment equipment from being blocked and ensure the normal operation of the sewer water treatment equipment.

The machine is mainly applicable to sewage treatment plant and transfer pump station.
The machine can crush: rags, glass, paper products, wood products, physiological products, empty cans, dregs, rubber products, ropes, hoses, leather products, plastic products, etc

This machine is mainly composed of circular Grille , vertical crusher, electric cabinet, etc.
Driven by the driving component, the tooth rake of the circular grid moves in a circular manner, and the water debris retained by the circular grid bar is sent to the crusher, and the water flows through the grid. The driving component of the crusher drives the driving shaft to rotate, and the driving shaft drives the driven shaft to rotate through the precision gear, so that the milling cutter fixed on the two shafts rotates reversely and the solids are crushed.
