Product Description
Sterile air filters reduce batch contamination, spoilage and product loss, effective sterile air filtration is a necessary part of your process. Especially important in the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries, sterile air filtration protects your product from harmful submicron particle contamination and bacterial transfer or growth.
Sunwin® sterile air filter is designed specifically to remove over 99.99998% of bacteria sized contaminant. They can effectively remove bacteria from compressed air and they are equipped with a stainless steel filter housing. The stainless steel filter housings are also designed for protection of the compressed air system where need the sterile air.
1,The stainless steel shell (304 / 316L) produced according to the GMP requirements of the pharmaceutical industry, the internal and external mirror treatment reaches 0.4um, and PTFE sterilization for sterilization filtration to ensure that the gas reaches sterile state
2,PTFE Pleated Filter Cartridge for sterilization filtration to ensure that the gas reaches sterile state.
3,Filter cartridge integrity was maintained after continuous 20 steam-in-place cycles of 30 minutes at 127 ºC or 100 autoclave cycles of 30 minutes at 123ºC
4,The extractables level was less than 50 mg per m2 after autoclaved of 60 minutes at 127 ºC, then 24-h soak in purified water at 25ºC
