The alveolus of each layer stators and rotors is from wide to slender, let original asymmetric size material to enter pump chamber to breaking, dispersion, refinery, homogenization, emulsion step by step. Working principle of homogeneous pump
Just as diagram form, homogeneous & emulsification pump comprises 1 to 3 stages, or 2 to 6 corresponding shearing stators and rotators. The pump will indraft medium into working chamber with rapid turning of the motor, then treat the medium with compound, dispersion, refinery and emulsion.
