Stainless Steel Pulping Machine for Food Beverage Industry
The equipment is researched and developed by introducing internationally advanced technology. It is mainly used in large-scale fruit juice and fruit jam factories for separating residues and pulps from berries and pome fruits after they are crushed and softened. The equipment has such advantages as reasonable structure, high efficiency, high production capacity, good stability and adjustable angle of pulping board etc.
When the raw material goes into the screen drum, by the gyroscopic action of the rod, and the existence of lead angle, they make the raw material moves to the outlet side along the drum, the path is a spiral line, during the movement between scraper and drum, the raw material is grazed by the centrifugal action. Juice and flesh(they are pulpy) goes to next working process through sieve mesh by the collector, the skin and seed are discharged at another outlet, to achieve the separation.
