Working principle:
It consists of feeder hopper, classification round, smashing blade, gear ring, smashing motor, discharge hole, fan, , cleaning box, etc. Materials are fed in to crush room from feeder hopper and be crushed by high-speed blade. To satify the required fineness of materials by adjusting the distance between classification round and classification plate. Then the high-speed rotating blades will send the materials which has achieved the requirements to the cloth-bag of aggregate box; also, the others will be kept into crush room to be crushed. The powder dust produced by cloth-bag of aggregate box will be collected by cleaning box. This equipment is designed with the GMP standard and features simple structure, easy of cleaning and operation, low nosie, large production. All the device is made of good quality of stainless steel.
