ADV-128 long belt grinding machine is ideal for polishing irregular shapes and removing welds. When the size of the material to be processed is large and you cannot move the workpiece, the flexible and adjustable worktable is very useful. You can move the worktable by the motor, and use the adaptability of the long belt and a variety of grinding tools to process what you need area.

When the machine works, the grinding head is moved left and right, and the workpiece feed along the width direction. The friction of the abrasive and the surface of the workpiece is used to reduce the Ra value of the surface roughness of the workpiece.During the grinding process, various movements can be performed by manually or automatically.
Purpose:This equipment is mainly used for stainless steel plate or cabinet hairline and mirror polishing.
According to the purpose of processing, grinding and polishing can be finished with different abrasive belts (Nylon wheel, polishing wheel) respectively.
