The condenser is one of the important equipment in the refrigeration system. It transfers the heat of the refrigerant superheated vapor to the surrounding air or water through the exothermic surface of the condenser. It is cooled into saturated vapor and further cooled into high-pressure liquid, which is recycled in the system. The following introduces the working principle and structure of common condensers.
The first stage condenser of the alkalization kettle is mainly used to condense the gas or steam in the alkalization kettle into a liquid. In an alkaline reactor, it is often necessary to heat the reactant to undergo a chemical reaction, which produces a large amount of gas or steam. In order to convert these gases or vapors into liquids for subsequent separation, recovery, or treatment, a condenser is required for condensation.
